1. Returns

1.1 Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
  • If a warranty claim is approved, the refund will encompass all expenses associated with the product, including delivery and related costs. In the case of a non-warranty claim approval, the refund will solely cover the cost of the goods and will not include any associated costs.

1.2 Initiating a Return

  • Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.

1.3 Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.

1.4 Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 working days.

2. Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt.

3. Exceptions

  • Some items may not be eligible for return or exchange, including some of the Health and Beauty products and Baby and Nursery products, due to the hygienic reasons.
